Requirements:
Water: Municipal or treated water source (i.e. not untreated well water).
Electrical: Single phase 240 V, 80 Amp service.
Site prep: 40 ft. x 8 ft. compact surface (e.g. gravel or asphalt) with concrete piers/blocks installed for each of the four corners to attain a 6 to 12-inch clearance under the module.
Delivery: A 40 ft. x 8 ft. location that has at least an 80 ft. drivable length for delivery with a tilt-bed truck. A crane may be able to be used if the specified space isn’t available.
